All pajamas, loungewear, and sleepwear products purchased from Velqenza are covered by a 30-day quality assurance warranty starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

Defective buttons, closures, or decorative elements under normal use
Fabric defects that affect the comfort, appearance, or functionality of the garment
Items received with production-related damage
Incorrectly manufactured pajama or sleepwear items

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear from regular use
Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or ironing
Shrinkage, fading, or color transfer caused by failure to follow care instructions
Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper storage, or neglect
Unauthorized alterations, tailoring, repairs, or modifications

3. Warranty Claims

If you believe your pajama or sleepwear item has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team within the warranty period.

After reviewing your claim, Velqenza may, at its discretion:

6. Limitation of Warranty
